Bu şartlar ve koşullar, IF22 Software (bundan sonra "Hizmet Sağlayıcı" olarak anılacaktır) tarafından bir Freemium hizmeti olarak oluşturulan mobil cihazlara yönelik Net Sayacım uygulaması (bundan sonra "Uygulama" olarak anılacaktır) için geçerlidir.
Şartların Kabulü
Uygulamayı indirerek, kaydolarak veya kullanarak bu Şartlar ve Koşullar ile bağlı olmayı kabul edersiniz. Bu şartların herhangi bir bölümünü kabul etmiyorsanız, Uygulamayı kullanmamalısınız. Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmek, bu şartların ve gelecekteki güncellemelerinin kabulü olarak değerlendirilir.
Uygulamanın Kullanımı
Uygulama, öğrencilerin çalışma ilerlemelerini ve deneme sınavı sonuçlarını takip etmelerine ve yaklaşık puan ve sıralama tahminlerini görmelerine yardımcı olmak için sunulur. Hizmet Sağlayıcı, size sahip olduğunuz veya kontrol ettiğiniz cihazlarda Uygulamayı kullanmanız için kişisel, devredilemez, münhasır olmayan bir lisans verir.
Uygulamayı yalnızca yasal amaçlarla ve başkalarının Uygulamayı kullanımını ihlal etmeyecek, kısıtlamayacak veya engellemeyecek şekilde kullanmayı kabul edersiniz. Hesap kimlik bilgilerinizin gizliliğini korumaktan ve hesabınız altında gerçekleşen tüm etkinliklerden siz sorumlusunuz.
Puan ve Sıralama Tahminleri
Uygulamada gösterilen netler, tahmini puanlar ve sıralama tahminleri, geçmiş ve kamuya açık sınav puan tablolarından interpolasyon kullanılarak hesaplanır. Bu rakamlar yalnızca bilgilendirme amaçlı sunulan yaklaşık değerlerdir. Resmi sonuçlar değildir ve herhangi bir gerçek sınav puanını, sıralamasını veya yerleştirme sonucunu garanti etmez. Hizmet Sağlayıcı, bu tahminlere güvenilerek verilen herhangi bir karardan sorumlu değildir.
Kullanıcı İçeriği
Deneme sonuçlarınız, konu ilerlemeniz ve çözemediğiniz soruların yüklediğiniz fotoğrafları gibi Uygulamaya girdiğiniz verilerin sahipliği sizde kalır. Uygulamayı kullanarak, Hizmet Sağlayıcıya bu verileri yalnızca Gizlilik Politikası'nda açıklandığı şekilde Uygulamanın özelliklerini sağlamak için saklama ve işleme izni verirsiniz. Yüklediğiniz fotoğrafların, paylaşmak için gerekli haklara sahip olduğunuz içerikler olmasından siz sorumlusunuz.
Fikri Mülkiyet
Tasarımı, içeriği, logoları ve temel yazılımı dahil Uygulama, Hizmet Sağlayıcıya aittir ve geçerli fikri mülkiyet yasalarıyla korunmaktadır. Yasaların izin verdiği durumlar veya Hizmet Sağlayıcının yazılı izni dışında, Uygulamanın hiçbir bölümünü kopyalayamaz, değiştiremez, dağıtamaz, satamaz veya kiralayamaz, ne de tersine mühendislik yapamaz veya kaynak kodunu çıkarmaya çalışamazsınız.
Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetleri
Uygulama, kendi şartlarına ve gizlilik politikalarına tabi olan Google Firebase ve Cloudinary dahil üçüncü taraf hizmetlerine dayanır. Hizmet Sağlayıcı, bu üçüncü tarafların uygulamalarından sorumlu değildir.
Garanti Reddi
Uygulama, açık veya zımni hiçbir garanti olmaksızın "OLDUĞU GİBİ" ve "MEVCUT OLDUĞU ŞEKİLDE" sunulur. Hizmet Sağlayıcı, Uygulamanın kesintisiz, hatasız veya zararlı bileşenlerden arınmış olacağını ya da sağladığı bilgilerin doğru veya eksiksiz olduğunu garanti etmez.
Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması
Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, Hizmet Sağlayıcı; akademik sonuçlar, sınav sonuçları veya veri kaybı dahil ancak bunlarla sınırlı olmamak üzere, Uygulamayı kullanmanızdan veya kullanamamanızdan kaynaklanan doğrudan, dolaylı, arızi veya sonuç olarak ortaya çıkan hiçbir zarardan sorumlu olmayacaktır.
Fesih
Uygulamayı istediğiniz zaman kullanmayı bırakabilir ve hesabınızı ve ilişkili verileri Uygulama içinden silebilirsiniz (Ayarlar → Hesabı Sil). Hizmet Sağlayıcı, bu şartları ihlal eden herhangi bir kullanıcının Uygulamaya erişimini askıya alma veya sonlandırma hakkını saklı tutar.
Bu Şartlardaki Değişiklikler
Hizmet Sağlayıcı, bu Şartlar ve Koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebilir. Herhangi bir değişiklik için bu sayfayı periyodik olarak gözden geçirmeniz önerilir. Değişiklikler yayınlandıktan sonra Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, revize edilen şartları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
Bu şartlar 14.06.2026 tarihinden itibaren geçerlidir.

These terms and conditions apply to the Net Sayacım app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by IF22 Software (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service.
Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, registering for, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the Application. Continued use of the Application is considered acceptance of these terms and any future updates to them.
Use of the Application
The Application is provided to help students track their study progress and practice exam (deneme) results, and to view approximate score and ranking estimates. The Service Provider grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Application on devices that you own or control.
You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the Application. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Score and Ranking Estimates
Net scores, estimated points, and ranking estimates shown in the Application are calculated from historical, publicly available exam score tables using interpolation. These figures are approximations provided for informational purposes only. They are not official results and do not guarantee any actual exam score, ranking, or placement outcome. The Service Provider is not responsible for any decision made in reliance on these estimates.
User Content
You retain ownership of the data you enter into the Application, such as your trial results, topic progress, and photos of questions you couldn't solve that you upload. By using the Application, you grant the Service Provider permission to store and process this data solely to provide the Application's features, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that any photos you upload are content you have the necessary rights to share.
Intellectual Property
The Application, including its design, content, logos, and underlying software, is owned by the Service Provider and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Application, nor reverse-engineer or attempt to extract its source code, unless permitted by law or with the Service Provider's written consent.
Third-Party Services
The Application relies on third-party services, including Google Firebase and Cloudinary, which are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. The Service Provider is not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The Service Provider does not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that the information it provides is accurate or complete.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Application, including but not limited to academic outcomes, exam results, or loss of data.
Termination
You may stop using the Application at any time and may delete your account and associated data from within the Application (Settings → Delete Account). The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Application for any user who violates these terms.
Changes to These Terms
The Service Provider may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are effective as of 2026-06-14.
